1. Introduction
Welcome to my freelance conversion copywriting services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of my services. By choosing to avail of my services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with me, under which you agree to adhere to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
As a professional copywriter, I offer a wide array of services, including but not limited to creating compelling sales pages, crafting engaging email sequences, and generating informative and valuable blog posts. Each service is tailored to meet the unique needs of your business. The specifics of each project, including the scope of work, the deliverables, the timeline for completion, and the associated fees, will be meticulously detailed in a written agreement that must be mutually agreed upon prior to the commencement of any work.
3. Project Timeline and Delivery
The timeline for each project is determined based on its complexity, the scope of work, and your unique requirements. After a thorough discussion regarding your project’s needs and objectives, we will mutually agree on a feasible timeline. For VIP Day or VIP Week services, the predetermined timelines are 1 day and 7 days respectively, during which I dedicate my full attention to your project.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
My fees are determined on a project-by-project basis, factoring in the complexity of the task, the time required, and the specific requirements of your project. A comprehensive breakdown of costs will be provided in our written agreement. All payments must be made as per the schedule we agree upon in our contract. Late or missed payments may result in a delay or halt in work and may incur late fees.
5. Refund Policy
Once a project has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable. However, in the unlikely event that I am unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed up to the point of termination.
6. Cancellation Policy
Should you choose to cancel a project midway, written notice is required. Upon receipt of this notice, an invoice will be issued for any work completed up to the point of cancellation, which must be paid in full.
7. Revisions and Approval of Work
Your satisfaction is paramount to me. As part of our agreement, a set number of revisions will be included to ensure the final product aligns with your vision. Any additional revisions or changes outside the initial scope of the project may result in extra charges.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, you will receive exclusive rights to the final copy. However, I reserve the right to use samples of the work for my portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Confidentiality
I am committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. All information related to the project, including but not limited to business strategies, proprietary information, customer lists, and project details, will not be disclosed to any third parties without your explicit consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
While I strive to provide accurate, reliable, and effective copywriting services, I make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the services for any purpose. Your usage of my services is strictly at your own risk.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chandigarh, India. By agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of my services.
12. Changes to the Terms of Service
I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at my sole discretion. If I make changes to these Terms, I will notify you by posting the revised Terms on this page.
