Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to AnkitCreates and The Nomad Script (“we,” “us,” “our”). Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. However, due to the nature of digital content and consulting services, our cancellation and refund policies are structured to ensure fairness for both parties.

By purchasing any product or service from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

For Digital Products & Courses:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once purchased. Due to the instant access nature of The Nomad Script Clarity Compass and other digital products, all sales are final and non-cancellable.
  • Once the product is accessed, downloaded, or opened, the purchase becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable due to the digital nature of the product.

For Services (Coaching, Copywriting, Strategy Sessions):

  • You may cancel a service at any time; however, depending on the progress made, a prorated invoice will be issued for work already completed.
  • For VIP Day and VIP Week services, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds are available for VIP services.

How to Cancel Your Order:

To request a cancellation, email us at support@ankitcreates.com with the following details:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product or service purchased
  • Reason for cancellation

We process cancellations during business hours and aim to respond within 48 hours.

3. Refund Policy

Digital Products & Courses:

All purchases of The Nomad Script Clarity Compass are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  1. By purchasing, you acknowledge that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided, regardless of usage or satisfaction.
  2. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.

Services (Copywriting, Strategy, Consulting):

  1. No refunds will be provided once a service has been delivered in part or full.
  2. If you request a refund before work begins, we may offer a partial refund, deducting any administrative or preparation fees.
  3. If the service is canceled midway through execution, you will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point.

VIP Day & VIP Week Services:

  • Non-refundable once booked.
  • Can be rescheduled once, provided you notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

We do not typically issue refunds except in cases where:

  1. There was an error in billing or duplicate payment.
  2. The product/service was not delivered due to our fault and cannot be fulfilled.
  3. A refund is required under Indian consumer law or other applicable regulations.

Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our sole discretion.
