After Project Start:

You explicitly agree that once a project or retainer period officially begins (as indicated by intake sessions, initial calls, preliminary analysis, or document review), it is considered non-cancellable.

No refunds will be granted after the initiation of work, even if you choose not to proceed further due to personal reasons, market changes, internal shifts in your business, or other external circumstances.

Retainer Commitments & Changes in Market Conditions:

  • You acknowledge clearly and explicitly that shifts in external circumstances—such as technological advancements (including new AI tools, updates in technology platforms, or new market trends), industry disruptions, personal business changes, or economic shifts—do not release you from agreed-upon financial obligations.
  • Retainer fees, once committed, must be paid in full for the contracted period, irrespective of your decision to utilize or implement services fully or partially during that period.

Our retainer engagements allocate a significant, reserved amount of strategic thinking, availability, and calendar space. Your booking explicitly prevents us from serving other potential clients. Thus, your retainer secures our exclusive availability during that period.


5. VIP Days & VIP Weeks

Due to the highly focused, intensive nature of VIP services:

Cancellations:

  • No refunds once the VIP day/week is booked.
  • You may reschedule once provided you notify us clearly at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled VIP date. Failure to notify within this period forfeits rescheduling eligibility.
  • VIP bookings cannot be indefinitely delayed—rescheduling must occur within a clearly agreed-upon timeframe, typically within 30 calendar days.

Refund Policy:
