1. Introduction

Welcome to AnkitCreates and The Nomad Script—my ecosystem of clarity-driven conversion copywriting and strategic digital products. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of my services, courses, digital products, and strategic consulting.

By engaging with my services, you agree to these legally binding Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with purchasing or utilizing my services.

2. Services Offered

I provide copywriting, messaging strategy, funnel-building, and clarity-focused digital products. My services include, but are not limited to:

•Freelance Conversion Copywriting (sales pages, email sequences, lead magnets, blog posts, and more).

•Strategic Messaging Services (offer refinement, brand positioning, and sales messaging).

•Digital Products & Courses (guides, templates, and frameworks).

•Clarity Coaching & Consulting (VIP days, workshops, and tailored brand strategy).

Each service is customized to meet your specific business needs. Before work commences, a mutually agreed-upon contract will outline exact deliverables, pricing, and timelines.

3. Project Timelines & Delivery

•Freelance & Custom Copywriting Projects: Timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of the project. If delays occur due to the client (e.g., missed feedback deadlines), the timeline may be extended, and additional fees may apply.

•VIP Days / VIP Weeks: These services are scheduled for a fixed time frame (1-day VIP sprints or 7-day VIP intensives). The client must be fully available for feedback and approvals. Rescheduling is allowed with 48-hour advance notice and may incur additional fees.

•Digital Products & Courses: Immediately accessible upon purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Client Responsibilities:

You are responsible for providing all necessary materials and feedback within the agreed timeframe. Delays in providing necessary assets may result in project postponement or additional charges.

4. Payment Terms & Pricing

•All pricing is determined based on the project scope, complexity, and delivery time.

•Payments are required before work begins unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

•Accepted payment methods: Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, ThriveCart, or direct bank transfers (for select clients).

•Payment Plans: If applicable, the client agrees to make all scheduled payments. Late or missed payments may result in a pause of work until the outstanding balance is paid.

Late Payments & Non-Payment:

•If an invoice remains unpaid beyond 7 days, a 5% late fee may be applied.

•Work will be paused after 10 days of non-payment.

•After 30 days, unpaid invoices may be sent to collections or legal action may be pursued.

5. Refund Policy

  • Freelance & Strategy Services: Payments for copywriting and consulting services are non-refundable once work has started.
  • VIP Days & Weeks: If canceled at least 48 hours in advance, a partial refund (minus a 20% booking fee) may be issued. No refunds for last-minute cancellations.
  • Digital Products & Courses: Due to the instant access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have issues accessing a product, email support@thenomadscript.com for assistance.

6. Revisions & Edits

  1. Most projects include two rounds of revisions (unless stated otherwise in the agreement).
  2. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may result in extra charges, billed at my hourly rate.

Note: Revisions do not include major rewrites if the project scope changes after work has started.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project:

  • Before project start: If canceled before work begins, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
  • After project start: No refunds, but work will be completed up to the amount paid.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if a client becomes unresponsive, disrespectful, or fails to adhere to agreed payment schedules.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Freelance Work & Copywriting Projects:

  • Once full payment is received, you have the right to the final work.
  • I retain the right to showcase work in my portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Digital Products & Courses:

  • Purchasing a digital product gives you a single-use license for personal/business use only.
  • You may not resell, distribute, or modify the content for commercial purposes without permission.

Unauthorized use of my work may result in legal action.

9. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

  • I respect your privacy and agree not to disclose any sensitive business information shared during our collaboration.
  • Both parties agree to keep project details confidential unless explicit permission is granted.

This does not include:

Case studies with generalized details (no revenue numbers or personal data).

Portfolio samples with non-sensitive sections of copywriting work.

10. Limitation of Liability

While I strive for high-quality work and strategy, I cannot guarantee specific financial results or sales outcomes.

I am not liable for:

  1. Any business decisions made based on my work.
  2. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  3. If an issue arises, my total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• The laws of Chandigarh, India govern these Terms.

•Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussions first. If unresolved, disputes may be taken to mediation or legal arbitration in Chandigarh courts.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

I may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here, and continued use of my services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
